This team made a smart decision to pilot Crimson Cabaret’s concept under a different name as a one-night only charity fundraiser before opening. The results from Time Travel Cabaret’s pilot run proved to be feasible and profitable. The lessons gleaned from that performance helped to build the execution strategy for Crimson Cabaret’s extended run.
