Crimson Cabaret was a new idea in early development when I joined this team to help with resource planning. As a new production company in Los Angeles, they wanted to focus on working with local vendors and talent that understood immersive experience design for small audiences. I used my experience to organize the venue scout, create the production budget, and source sponsors/vendors.

This team made a smart decision to pilot Crimson Cabaret’s concept under a different name as a one-night only charity fundraiser before opening. The results from Time Travel Cabaret’s pilot run proved to be feasible and profitable. The lessons gleaned from that performance helped to build the execution strategy for Crimson Cabaret’s extended run.

Crimson Cabaret ran for a total of 10 performances to sold-out audiences. To quote Erik Blair of becomeimmersed.com, "praise also needs to be given to The Unmarked Door and the team behind the scenes of the production. From start to finish, Crimson Cabaret is an absolute joy to experience."
